ISHAM Award (1975 - 1979)

Established in 1975 as an award for life-time achievement of outstanding scientific achievement in medical mycology
Lucille Georg Award (1982 - to date)

Established in 1982 and traditionally considered a life-time achievement award. (This replaced the ISHAM Award and given retrospectively to all awardees of the ISHAM Award).
Honorary Membership (1954 - to date)

Awarded since 1954 to recognise an extraordinary contribution to human or animal mycology
Distinguised Service Award (2000 - to date)

Awarded to recognise a member of ISHAM who has actively enhanced the effectiveness of ISHAM in fulfilling its mission
ISHAM Young Investigator Award

To recognise a member of the Young ISHAM community who has made a significant contribution to their field and shows promise as a future key opinion leader
The Dr Ira F Salkin Memorial Award

Awarded for the best original report published in Medical Mycology by a member of Young ISHAM
